Saving Santa

The alert came over the radio: "Emergency! Santa Clause trapped in chimney. Christmas will likely be canceled." As soon as I heard it, I knew I would have to do something-and do it fast. I quickly gathered my gear and headed out the door...

I took my book bag to carry my things- a hand held raidio, my climing set, and some rope. As I walked out the door I lisend to the raidio to find out where he was at. 4896 Tanglewood Drive. Good so only about two miles away from where I lived. I started that direction. When I got to the house I looked up on the roof. I couldn't belive my eyes nine raindeer were whining. I took my climing tools out. I began to climb up. I was almost there when something cold hit my cheak and then another one and another one. I finally relized it was snowing. I just kept climing. Finally I reached the roof. I saw Santa's sleaigh with his big bag of toys. I shook myself out of my amazement and went to work. I looked down the chimney there he was. I threw the rope down. I tugged and tugged finally he came out. Chismas was saved!

How To Build A Campfire

1. Build a tipee out of dry sticks.

2. Put kindleing inside the tipee.

3. Light the kindleing.

4. Give it twigs and leaves.

5. You should have a roaring fire.

6. When you're ready to put it out soak leaves and throw them on.

7. If you followed one through four you should have something that looks like this:

Our New Cabin

Yesterday we got home from our new cabin.

We had a blast!  We can't wait until next time!

Dialog in the Dark

On Tuesday we went to dialog in the Dark.  

It was dark.  

First you get a cane.  

Then you enter the darkness.  

First its a park-the most fun, 

then a city-the scariest, 

and last a cafe, the tasteist.  

Our dark expireince was awsome!

The Wren's Nest

To day we wint to the Wrens Nest. It was in the midl of fun and bad. The prsen told about evreething in the museum. My favrit thing is wen she told about the bedroom of the author of Brair Rabit.

Snow Day In March!

Today we had a snow day.  We got to stay home from school because the roads were too icy.  But can you beleve it we were stuck at home all day!  so we decided to build a 300 peice puzzle.

Trust me it is more than you think.  It took us the hole afternoon!

Slicky

Slicky is our new class animale.  He is a snake! 

 Slicky will spend the night in the BRAUN house! Until tomorow he will have fun with us!
